Flowerchild collective does not refund or exchange for change of mind purchases.
For all defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
For any return, all shipping charges will be incurred by the customer.
 
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

DELIVERY

We endeavour to post out all orders within 3 days of receiving them (unless specified in the description). If this cannot be achieved for any reason, we will contact you and advise when your order will be posted.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their address details and product order is correct upon checkout.

In order to receive your purchases safe and sound, make sure to provide your full and correct address and contact details.

All orders have a tracking number.

Please be aware of your order's delivery date. 

If you allow safedrop through your post service the safety of parcels left unattended at a premises cannot be insured by Flowerchild collective. 

Please note, we have no control if the parcel is left at the address if no one is present to accept, or it could be returned to the Post Office or Local Depot.

Should a delivery be "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or failure to collect the delivery from the designated local post office or courier outlet due to nondelivery card being left at the delivery address, the order will incur a return to sender fee and freight charges for the original dispatch are non-refundable.

We do not offer in-store pickups on any online orders
