By consenting to these Terms and conditions you hereby understand that the items you are ordering are handmade made to order items that are specifically made for you. These orders take time to make and are typically created within a 1 week time frame. We make all endeavours for orders to be completed in this time, if this cannot be achieved for any reason, we will contact you and advise when your order will be posted. 

We are unable to accept returns,modifications or cancellations.
